We are measuring customer experience twice in a year. The first survey of the year will take place from 10th to 28th March.
Research experts of data analysis and customer experience company Roidu Ltd. will be interviewing travelers aboard in all routes of Oulu Regional Transport. Interviewee must be 15 years or older.
You can fill in the questionnaire on your own by using a tablet or a paper form given by the interviewer. When needed, the interviewer can go through the questionnaire orally face to face and fill in the form based on your answers.
The results will help us to further develop our services together with our co-operation partners. Depending on the results we have the possibility to pay bonus to our traffic operators.
