Oulu Regional Transport (OSL) will change to a zoneless fixed price system. There will be only one zone which includes the entire public transport area of OSL: city of Oulu and the surrounding municipalities Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, and Tyrnävä. The fixed prices will be valid in the whole OSL area.

Single ticket adult 2,50 euros and child 7–16 years 1,25 euros with the OSL app, OSL card, and from R-kiosks selling OSL tickets. Single ticket in cash from driver costs 4,00 euros for adult and 2,00 euros for child. Travelers paying in cash on buses will be charged night fare which is double payment between 23.00 and 04.30 hrs. Contactless payment fare of single ticket 2,50 euros is the same for travelers of all ages. Validity of single ticket is 90 minutes including right to transfer.
Season ticket 30 days for adult costs 60,00 euros, for young 17–24 years and student 50,00 euros and child 7–16 years 42,00 euros. Season ticket 90 days costs for adult 180,00 euros, young 17–24 years 150,00 euros and child 7–16 years 126,00 euros.
