Ticket and payment system update 19.3. at 01.00–06.00am

Due to the ticket and payment system software update during the night between tuesday and wednesday 18.-19.3. at 01.00–06.00 am there will be an interruption of use for some of our clients.

Purchasing tickets and retrieving purchased tickets in the OSL app is not possible during the update. If you are traveling when the system software update is ongoing, you can board with your mobile season and day ticket by showing the receipt of the purchase to the driver. You will find the receipt in the app from the purchasing history (tab info, my settings).

Single tickets can be bought with contactless payment instead of the OSL app.

Waltti online  shop is out use and student identification is not possible during the system software update.

Contactless payment and OSL card (and old Waltti travel cards) can be used normally during the update.

The system sofware update is necessary in order to improve system security and stability.
